Thank you for shopping with WT50Plus! Below are the details of our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and other important information.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Since our products are custom-printed on demand, production times may vary based on order volume.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

📌 Note: High order volumes or supply chain delays may impact processing times, but we will notify you if there are any major delays.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

📌 Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to US Address Only
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship internationally yet.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed:
✅ Check your tracking number and contact the carrier.
✅ If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, check with your local post office or neighbors.

6. Wrong Address Policy

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, orders are final and cannot be changed, as they enter production.
