Thank you for shopping at WT50Plus! We take pride in providing high-quality custom-printed apparel and accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Since most of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or personalized errors.
Eligible Returns (Defective or Wrong Items Only)
If you receive an item that is:
✅ Defective (poor print quality, misaligned design, fabric tears, etc.)
✅ Incorrect (wrong product, size, or color sent)
✅ Damaged in Transit
You may request a replacement or refund within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Custom or Personalized Items (including names, logos, or unique designs)
❌ Size or Color Issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
❌ Change of Mind
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If your order meets our return eligibility, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us at wt50plus@gmail.com within 7–14 days of receiving your item.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and clear photos of the defective/damaged product.
3️⃣ Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping fees in some cases).
💡 Note: You may not need to return the defective item—we will inform you if a return is required.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
If you choose a replacement, we will ship a new item at no extra cost.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot process an exchange, so please double-check the size guide before purchasing.
5. Order Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (defective or incorrect item), we cover the shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
